Job Summary: Responsible for managing customer collections, including phone calls, field visits, and policy follow-up, while maintaining the vehicle in good condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer collections in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Conduct visits and record collection activities. 3. Follow established collection and negotiation standards and methods.
