




We are a company dedicated to industrial dining services, with operations in Irapuato, Salamanca, Silao, and Celaya. The responsibilities for this position include: 1\. Carry out the entire recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure the best candidates are chosen for organizational roles; this includes implementing formal procedures to provide new employees with all necessary information regarding the company's organizational structure, functions, business objectives, quality policies and goals, job responsibilities, thereby facilitating employee adaptation and active engagement and identification with the company. 2\. Request vacancy requisitions. 3\. Create and publish job offers across various channels and social media platforms to attract candidates: o Review job profile descriptions. o Determine candidate requirements by evaluating their work experience and academic background. 4\. Build, maintain, and keep updated a network of candidates: o Search for potential candidates on social media and job websites. o Establish a candidate pipeline by contacting universities and professional associations. o Use advertising to generate contacts and attract candidates. o Keep candidate information up to date. 5\. Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job boards, newspapers, universities, etc. 6\. Recruit candidates: o Contact candidates. o Manage the entire pre\-employment process, including reviewing and evaluating resumes, and selecting those who meet established requirements. o Coordinate and conduct personal interviews to verify that candidates' skills and abilities meet or exceed expectations. o Evaluate the candidate’s ability to fit into the company’s corporate culture. o Conduct background checks, validate references and work experience. o Check INFONAVIT and FONACOT platforms to determine if candidates have any active loans. o Administer drug tests, alcohol screening, and/or knowledge assessments to candidates. o Schedule and organize subsequent interviews with department managers to continue the hiring process. 7\. Compile personnel files for new hires. 8\. Generate, deliver, and attach new hire employment contracts to personnel files. 9\. Once the employee has signed the hiring documentation, deliver the corresponding duplicate documents to the legal department for safekeeping. 10\. Onboard new employees to ensure full integration. 11\. Introduce the company to new employees and guide them through the hiring and training process. 12\. Coordinate and deliver the induction course. 13\. Issue and distribute ID badges for new hires and existing employees requiring replacements. 14\. Maintain updated databases with information on prospective hires. 15\. Send new employee information to the accounting department for IMSS registration. 16\. Design and implement general recruitment strategies.
