Position Summary: Supervises personnel and the revenue collection system, ensuring proper operation and deposit, and addressing contingencies at the toll plaza. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of personnel and revenue collection procedures 2. Control of manual and automatic collections, addressing contingencies 3. Ensures the proper functioning of toll and electronic toll collection software 1. Supervises assigned personnel to ensure correct application of established revenue collection procedures, as well as allocation of traffic volume at the toll plaza. 2. Maintains appropriate control over manual or automatic (electronic toll collection) collections involved in the revenue collection system, addressing any contingency affecting or delaying the process, for the preservation and maintenance of the highway and facilities. 3. Supervises that the toll and electronic toll collection software operates correctly in all toll booths. 4.
