Opportunity for continuous development and training A leading tractor-trailer sales company in the Bajío region, experiencing growth, is seeking a Tractor-Trailer Operator Trainer. Education: Technical High School Diploma or Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or related field. Experience: 3 years as a tractor-trailer operator, instructor, or heavy-vehicle driving evaluator. Valid Federal Driver's License Type "B" or "E" required. We provide brand-specific and unit-specific training. Responsibilities: Deliver classroom-based technical training sessions on SITRAK unit operation, preventive maintenance, and unit features. Conduct practical driving sessions with customer operators until correct and efficient driving is achieved. Evaluate performance, correct inappropriate driving habits, and reinforce critical operational points. Accompany operators during loaded trailer (FULL) route tests to collect real-world performance data. Install GPS devices in new units prior to customer delivery. Perform unit movements within the branch or workshop for washing, inspection, or service testing. Ensure units are delivered in optimal condition with proper documentation.
