




Job Summary: A credit advisor who promotes banking products and services, advises customers, updates customer data, and processes high-quality credit applications with a focus on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise on credit products and banking services 2. Promote cross-selling and acquisition of new credits 3. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations - Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying their needs to facilitate placement of new credits. - Update all customer data in the system during each visit or contact, at least once per year. - Process credit applications with accuracy to prevent payment delays and fraud. - Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. - Cambaceo: promotion of products outside the point of sale. - Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 50 years Knowledge: Sales management, Customer service Keywords: advisor, asesor, bank, caja, ahorro, savings, bancaria, afores, banco
