




Position Summary: Supervises and records fixed assets, depreciation, inventories, billing, payroll, and expenses, ensuring reconciliation of accounting and financial information. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive control and recording of fixed assets and depreciation. 2. Detailed supervision of billing and payroll. 3. Financial information analysis and inquiry to operational departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: Control and recording of fixed assets and depreciation. Rotating physical inventory of fixed assets to detect signs of obsolescence or deterioration. Billing supervision. Payroll recording. Review of fixed and variable expenses. Tracking of debtor balances, employee balances, and reconciliation with HR. Review of transferred and creditable VAT. Physical inventories (spare parts and tires). Determination of workshop cost of goods sold. Validate with Human Resources the reconciliation of payroll CFDIs versus accounting and payment. Analyze information and inquire of operational, commercial, and finance departments.
