SYSTEMS ENGINEER Cenacer Negocios | Celaya, Guanajuato | On-site | Full-time Department: Systems and Operations Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturdays 9:00–14:00 Salary: $15,000–$18,000 depending on experience and performance Statutory Benefits JOB PURPOSE The Systems Engineer is responsible for building, integrating, and automating the entire technological infrastructure of CENACER NEGOCIOS. You join a rapidly growing company where processes exist but are not yet interconnected or automated—and your role is to change that. Your first task is to understand how the company operates, identify where time, information, or money is lost due to lack of automation, and propose the most suitable system to resolve it. You do not execute orders from a manual—you think, propose, and build. Everything you build must function reliably, scale as the company grows, and remain sustainable without requiring your constant presence to operate. You report directly to the COO. REQUIRED PROFILE Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in automation, system integrations, or technological infrastructure within digital companies—not industrial or traditional software environments. Proven experience implementing CRMs and connecting digital platforms. Portfolio or specific case studies required during the interview. Experience with no-code and low-code tools: Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar. Knowledge of APIs and webhooks—able to connect platforms lacking native integration. Experience with digital education platforms, e-commerce, or membership-based businesses. Technical Knowledge Workflow automation: Make, Zapier, n8n, or other tools. Platform integration: Kajabi, Stripe, WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace. CRM: selection, configuration, and implementation—with knowledge of at least two market options. Basic or intermediate programming: JavaScript, Python, or similar. Databases: basic SQL or Airtable proficiency. Clear technical documentation for non-technical audiences. Skills and Attitude Strategic thinking: understands the problem before building. Evidence-based proposals: arrives with options, pros, cons, and a clear recommendation. Simplicity-oriented: builds systems that any team member can operate. Documentation discipline: everything implemented is thoroughly documented. Tolerance for ambiguity: comfortable operating in environments where processes are still being defined. Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders—reports directly to the COO.
