




Train an apprentice in comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) strategies, combining personalized service, satisfaction analysis, emotional communication, and digital tools to strengthen relationships with families and prospects of Colegio Camponuevo Salamanca. The participant will acquire skills to deliver memorable experiences that drive institutional retention and referrals. Competencies to develop * Mastery of customer service techniques in person, by phone, and digitally. * Design and implementation of satisfaction surveys and feedback tools. * Managing experiences through emotion, empathy, and assertive communication. * Analyzing satisfaction results and designing improvements. * Emotional communication to connect with parents and prospects. * Handling objections and purpose-driven sales strategies. * Designing loyalty strategies and continuous support.
