Job Summary: Manage and monitor logistics operations in real time to optimize processes, prevent incidents, and ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Use of SAMSARA and DITAT platforms ### **Job Objective:** Manage and monitor logistics operations (transportation, deliveries, and returns) in real time, ensuring end-to-end supply chain visibility. The objective is to optimize processes, prevent incidents, and guarantee SLA compliance. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise domestic and international units (fifth-wheel tractor-trailers) in real time. * Monitor routes, transit times, and carrier performance using SAMSARA, DITAT, and control tower systems. * Identify operational deviations (delays, in-transit incidents, shortages, cost overruns) and activate contingency plans. * Manage logistics reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Participate in continuous improvement and logistics process automation projects. * Maintain constant communication with internal and external customers to update them on order/shipment status. ### **Job Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in Logistics. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain. * Experience in control centers, monitoring, or operational supervision. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in SAMSARA and DITAT systems. * Availability to work rotating mixed shifts (day and night). * Knowledge of logistics KPIs. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Basic English proficiency (over 50%).
