Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or related professional to supervise construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design documents, regulations, and sound engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical and financial supervision of construction projects. 2. Management and administration of contracts for publicly funded construction projects. 3. Resolution of technical queries and monitoring of the construction schedule. We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** or related professional to join our team as a **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** \- Civil Engineer or related field, preferably licensed. \- Experience in technical and financial supervision of construction projects. \- Experience in managing and administering contracts for publicly funded construction projects. \- Supervision of on-site operational personnel. \- Familiarity with the Public-Private Partnership Law. \- Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Opening, administration, and safeguarding of the site logbook. * Recording progress, incidents, instructions, and agreements. * Ensuring conditions are met prior to commencement of work. * Monitoring that construction is carried out in accordance with: * Approved design documents. * Regulations and specifications. * Sound engineering practices. * Validation of construction procedures. * Resolving the contractor's technical queries. * Monitoring the construction schedule. * Identifying deviations. * Proposing corrective actions. * Preparing the final report. * Verifying timely and proper completion. * Compiling the unified project file. * Validating delivery of: \- As-built drawings. \- Manuals. \- Warranties. Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract. Salary: $17,000.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
