Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and controlling production operations to ensure compliance with production plans and quality standards under ISO 9001:2015. Key Highlights: 1. Design, develop, and improve products according to customer specifications. 2. Supervise quality standards and maximize production efficiency. 3. Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for forecasting, organizing, integrating, and controlling operations across production areas to ensure compliance with production plans and adherence to required quality standards per the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015\. ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1\. Design, develop, and improve products according to customer specifications. 2\. Conduct raw material studies for product manufacturing. 3\. Analyze product stress and resistance. 4\. Plan each stage of the manufacturing procedures. 5\. Supervise quality standards throughout the production process. 6\. Ensure completion of procedures within established timeframes. 7\. Evaluate the performance of workers under supervision. 8\. Coordinate product inspections before transfer to the next station. 9\. Evaluate the production station to maximize efficiency. 10\. Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes. 11\. Ensure effective and proper use of all resources and assets. 12\. Maintain open lines of communication with employees, management, and executives. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Academic Qualifications · Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. · Professional license preferred. Specific Knowledge · Proficiency in computer software relevant to the position. · Mastery of SolidWorks and AutoCAD. · Knowledge of the Quality Management System under ISO 9001:2015\. · Familiarity with the Regulations of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization. · On-site supervision. · Implementation of effective training processes. · Certifications and course completion records related to the field.
