




Electromechanical Technician * **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** * Perform periodic inspections on electrical and mechanical equipment. * Detect and repair faults in motors, pumps, conveyor belts, cranes, etc. * Lubricate, adjust, and replace worn parts. * **Equipment installation:** * Assemble and commission industrial machinery. * Connect electrical and mechanical systems according to technical drawings and specifications. * **Troubleshooting:** * Use measuring instruments (multimeters, ammeters, etc.) to identify electrical issues. * Analyze vibrations, noises, or abnormal temperatures in mechanical equipment. * **Documentation and reporting:** * Record maintenance and repair activities performed. * Report on spare parts used and material requirements. * **Safety compliance:** * Apply lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures. * Use personal protective equipment and follow industrial safety protocols. * **Improvements and modifications:** * Propose and implement improvements in electromechanical systems to optimize production. * Participate in automation or equipment modernization projects. * **Teamwork:** * Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other technicians to solve complex problems. * Assist in training new technical staff.
