A prestigious company specializing in authentic Mexican gastronomic products—such as totopos, tortillas, and sauces—is seeking: **RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR** **Primary objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the retail sales team, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives and route coverage in accordance with company policies. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise a retail field sales team of 6 to 8 sales representatives. * Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets. * Accompany sales representatives in the field to evaluate performance. * Verify compliance with assigned routes. * Generate reports for the Sales Coordinator. * Identify business opportunities. **Required knowledge and experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in RETAIL SALES. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor. * Valid driver’s license. **Location and salary:** * Celaya / Colonia Las Flores. * Monday to Saturday: 6:30 AM until completion of route. * $20,000–$24,000 net (tax-free) per month, plus variable commissions based on target achievement, and statutory benefits.
