German metal-mechanical company, one of the world's leading manufacturers of flexible mechanical components for the automotive industry, located in Parque Vynmsa, Carretera Irapuato - Silao, Gto, is currently seeking: **Process Technician** **Position Objective:** Provide support to the production department through parameter setting, model changes, and monitoring of the company's production processes. **What will you do in this role?** * Adjust parameters to ensure product quality * Analyze recurring problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions * Know and execute operational controls related to environmental aspects * Create, generate, and modify various process programs for each machine * Record information in different departmental formats * Meet KPIs * Provide technical support for compliance and follow-up on the production schedule * Randomly verify production adherence to defined operational controls * Participate in capability studies * Participate in improving production processes * Be responsible for model changes and follow up on quality release in the assigned area * Escalate discrepancies between production planning and shop floor execution * Generate hourly reports for production plan tracking (TM area) * Coordinate solutions with different departments to meet production goals Participate in identifying and reporting unsafe conditions (environmental risk, safety risk, and quality issues). **What are we looking for in you?** * **1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position** * Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics * Experience in automotive companies is desirable * Proactive attitude, solution-focused, and team-oriented * Availability to work rotating shifts **We offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Job stability within the company * Transportation routes
