Development of analytical and proactive skills Description Our client, a leading German company in its industry, is looking for top talent in Irapuato and/or Salamanca for its Projects department. If you have at least 2 years of experience in value stream mapping, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, AutoCAD, process flows, and Kanban, and hold a valid U.S. visa along with conversational English, this position is for you. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in value stream mapping, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, AutoCAD, process flows, and Kanban. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and at least one ERP system. Advanced English. Valid U.S. visa and passport. Willingness to travel. Residency in Irapuato, Celaya, or Salamanca. Skills: Proactivity Results orientation Teamwork Numerical aptitude Analytical ability Main Responsibilities: Define required capacity (pieces per hour, production cycle). Review supplier technical specifications. Calculate investment cost (machinery purchase price, facility adaptations (power supply, layout, etc.), engineering costs (design, integration). Calculate operational costs (energy consumption, operational labor, line downtime costs).
