Job Summary: We are seeking a Private Security Supervisor to manage, audit, and coordinate physical security operations at industrial plants, ensuring implementation of procedures and risk prevention. Ensures training and compliance with security procedures **PRIVATE SECURITY** **WE ARE HIRING A PRIVATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR** **Flexible working hours available** ***Monthly salary: $17,000*** **We offer:** * Bi-weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Training. * Company vehicle. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years verifiable experience. * Action- and results-oriented individual. * Autonomous and practical approach. * Effective communication skills. * Results- and people-oriented. * Interest in field (operational) work. * Demonstrable management strategies. * Availability to rotate shifts (mixed schedule). * Valid driver’s license. **Specific Knowledge:** Knowledge of security management systems such as CTPAT, investigations, personnel administration, access control systems; proven expertise in Physical and Asset Security is mandatory; experience in industrial plants is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that Security System procedures are implemented at the worksite; otherwise, allocate resources and inputs to implement actions mitigating risks and incidents. * Supervise and evaluate Plant operations, security performance, and key programs such as CTPAT and applicable OSHA standards; develop, update, and implement necessary policies and procedures related to Asset Security. * Supervise Plant asset security personnel and conduct performance indicator evaluations. * Coordinate and ensure correct implementation of action plans generated from security audits. * Conduct facility vulnerability analyses and formulate action plans regarding measures to continuously improve Asset Security conditions. * Ensure and monitor scheduling and optimization of operational staffing levels. * Lead and coordinate operations of Plant asset security teams. * Actively participate in daily operations, providing support to various departments. * Participate in Asset Security incident investigations and present corrective actions and measures. * Immediately report and communicate any activities that may jeopardize personnel and company asset security. * Develop prevention and awareness strategies. * Monitor incidents occurring within facilities. * Audit internal security processes and procedures. * Actively participate in safety brigades and safety talks with work teams. * Ensure security training for existing staff. * Coordinate security surveillance services. * Monitor adopted security measures and conduct compliance audits. Inspect, manage, coordinate services, and material and human resources to prevent deviations and mitigate incidents.
