FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Installation, configuration, and commissioning of data networks. Preventive and corrective maintenance of technological infrastructure. Configuration of telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Implementation and administration of video surveillance systems (CCTV). Technical support to end users for computers, laptops, and printers. Configuration of perimeter security solutions (firewalls, especially Fortinet). Installation of structured cabling for voice and data. Field-based fault diagnosis and resolution. Preparation of technical reports and service documentation. Coordination and supervision of work crews. Material management and technical surveys (volumetric assessments). Participation in projects from planning to final delivery.
