**Position: Textile Area Production Manager** **Area:** Production **Reports to:** Plant Management **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop work teams in the textile area. * Coordinate production shifts (1st and 2nd shift). * Maintain the plant organized, clean, and productive. * Set objectives, targets, and quality standards. * Organize crews and processes to improve efficiency. * Ensure personnel safety and risk prevention. * Care for and maintain machinery and facilities in optimal condition. * Participate in meetings with management to define goals and improvements. **Requirements:** * More than **5 years of experience in textile manufacturing**. * Knowledge and mastery of textile processes. * Proficiency with tools: disc cutter, scissors, ruler, tape measure, single and double needle machines, riveting machine, bag sealer, and cutter. * Software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WhatsApp. * Fluent Spanish with excellent spelling. **Skills:** * Problem-solving in production. * Logical and arithmetic ability for cutting and matching. * Goal-oriented work. * Organization, order, cleanliness, and focus on quality and productivity. **Attributes and Values:** * Responsibility, honesty, punctuality, and commitment. * Tenacity, proactivity, integrity, creativity, and leadership. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
