* Ensure that the quality management system complies with the requirements of applicable standards * Ensure that processes are generating and providing the intended outputs. * Report, in particular, to top management on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement. * Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when planning and implementing changes to the quality management system. * Perform activities in compliance with all applicable norms, legal, regulatory, internal, and customer requirements. * Support the achievement of compliance with organizational policies and objectives. * Manage internal audits * Conduct follow-up and coordination of external audits, such as customer or certification body audits * Provide necessary support in problem-solving analysis * Provide necessary support in risk and opportunity management * Establish and verify compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls according to the Quality Management System * Establish and analyze indicators within the area and formulate improvement strategies. * Actively participate in compliance with internal work regulations. * Participate in the development of new projects. * Actively participate in the implementation and activities of the quality management system. * Prepare and submit performance and status reports. * Ensure follow-up and updating of the quality system * Carry out requirements demanded by ISO 9001:2015\.
