




Position Summary: Operations Assistant responsible for verifying and reporting route reconciliations to ensure item traceability, operational control, and theft prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics and Operations City: GUANAJUATO Publication Date: Apr 10, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday off Description: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Verify and report route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 routes (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, thereby maintaining full item traceability and preventing theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. 1\. Execute route reconciliations for TR2 and TR1 routes, verifying that all routes entering/leaving the COP declare identical quantities of items entering/exiting—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensuring the Operator signs acceptance for any discrepancies, to prevent item theft. 2\. Obtain information regarding items with reconciliation discrepancies on TR1 and TR2 routes. Identify each incident-laden waybill, question the Operator, and require immediate delivery of the affected item, to guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. 3\. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform, to physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a recorded pending status on the platform. 4\. Analyze fuel performance for TR2 routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance), providing information to the supervisor to prevent misuse and fuel theft. 5\. Report reconciliation results for TR1 and TR2 routes and fuel performance audits to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits, enabling the Supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with the Operator/route involved in incidents to prevent recurrence. Stop the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant at the COP if reconciliation discrepancies are detected. Require immediate delivery of the missing item, as well as the TR2 Operator / Route Assistant’s signature accepting responsibility for the reconciliation discrepancy. Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes will undergo fuel performance audits. Manage the location of pending items on the platform. Follow up on sanctions related to TR1 and TR2 reconciliation incidents.
