Familiarity with digital trends and engaging content formats. * Graphic Design*: Proficiency in Canva for rapid and effective design creation. Basic or intermediate knowledge of Photoshop or other design software for more professional projects. * Video Editing*: Experience editing short, dynamic videos for social media using tools such as CapCut, TikTok Studio, and similar applications. * Customer Service*: Prior direct customer service or retail sales experience preferred. Ability to respond to messages and comments in a friendly and professional manner. **Personal Qualities**  Positive attitude and energy to contribute ideas and maintain a dynamic environment.  Proactivity and initiative to develop new content proposals.  Creativity to transform hardware and tool products into engaging social media content.  Organization and teamwork to collaborate efficiently with the VOLTMEX team. **Essential Requirements**  Excellent spelling and writing skills.  Residency in Irapuato, Guanajuato.  Portfolio of prior work, including videos, designs, or social media content. **Selection Process**  Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical test to assess creativity, digital skills, and alignment with VOLTMEX’s vision and objectives. **Offered:** Weekly salary Uniforms Statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8 AM to 4 PM (30-minute lunch break).
