Position Summary: We are seeking a telecommunications technician with experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance, personnel management, and a results-oriented approach. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in fiber optic (FTTH) installation and maintenance 2. Ability to perform splicing, testing, and fault diagnosis 3. Personnel management (crews) and results-oriented approach **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications field Fiber optic installation and maintenance **Technical Knowledge:** Fiber optic (FTTH) installation Splicing, testing, and fault diagnosis Management of internal and external infrastructure Use of measurement tools and equipment **Additional Requirements:** Valid driver's license (mandatory) Availability for 100% field work Experience in personnel management (crews) Results-oriented approach and problem-solving skills Field work Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM SALARY: MXN 14,000 **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
