Results-oriented approach and problem-solving **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications field Optical fiber installation and maintenance **Technical Knowledge:** Optical fiber installation (FTTH) Splicing, testing, and fault diagnosis Management of internal and external infrastructure Use of measurement tools and equipment **Additional Requirements:** Valid driver's license (mandatory) Availability for 100% field work Experience managing personnel (crews) Results-oriented approach and problem-solving Field work Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM SALARY: MXN 14,000 **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
