Your primary role will be to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, identifying and leveraging sales opportunities for vehicle fleets. You must be able to present and negotiate sales terms that benefit both our customers and our company. YOUR CHALLENGES AT NISSAN * Provide personalized attention and expert advisory services to customers interested in purchasing vehicles in fleet configurations. * Conduct proactive prospecting (CDC, fieldwork, social media, referrals) to generate new sales opportunities. * Perform timely and effective follow-up with each customer until deal closure. * Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and offer financing, insurance, and accessory solutions. * Maintain complete and up-to-date digital and physical files for each customer and transaction. * Achieve monthly targets for units sold, average transaction value, financial products, and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the F\&I team to ensure placement of financial products. * Participate in commercial campaigns, auto shows, product launches, and special brand promotions. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school diploma (technical or business/administrative degree preferred). * Minimum 1 year of verifiable sales experience (automotive, retail, insurance, or banking experience desirable). * Strong verbal communication skills, professional demeanor, service-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for customer interaction. * Basic proficiency with digital platforms: * Automotive CRM (AutoForce, CarSync, SIGA, or similar). * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word), email, and social media for sales purposes. * Basic knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance options (desirable). * Ability to work under monthly targets with a results-driven focus and attention to key performance indicators (sales, prospecting, closures). * Valid driver’s license and availability to work Monday through Saturday.
