**Responsibilities** * Generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and prospecting. * Increase revenue and profitability through new business generation and further development of existing accounts. * Execute sales initiatives to increase sales and profitability within accounts. * Help clients establish sustainable packaging supply chains. * Identify, analyze, and understand complex client requirements for preparing packaging solutions and quotations. * Manage client projects across various industries such as: Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automation, Industrial, etc. * Inform clients about the latest innovations within our packaging industry. * Expand product catalog, sales, and customer portfolio. * Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, offering the best options until closing the sale. * Work in a fast\-paced, multi\-tasking environment to create a positive customer experience that results in repeat business. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, or related field. * 3 years of experience in industrial sales of products and services within the manufacturing sector. * Experience in packaging materials, corrugated, plastic (desirable). * Extensive experience in prospecting and opening new business. * Preferably have an existing customer portfolio. * Knowledge of the Bajío region, including industrial parks or potential clients. * In\-depth knowledge of the city and industrial zones. * Advanced English proficiency (90%). * Goal\-oriented. * Own vehicle in good condition (mandatory). **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Excellent assertive communication skills. * Excellent negotiation skills. * Results\-driven performance. * Analytical thinking. * Professional presentation. * Teamwork. * Administrative, organized, creative, and innovative. * Conflict management and resolution. * Quick learning ability. * Skill and ability to find and develop clients.
