A leading freight transportation company is seeking a Certification Assistant: Objective: Manage and carry out the necessary actions to maintain the QMS implemented under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 39001 standards, as well as monitor activities scheduled for CTPAT/OEA certification compliance. Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field). 6 months of experience in audit and/or certification processes. Analytical ability, organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail. Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain effective communication with various departments. Capacity to manage multiple projects and certifications simultaneously. Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and commitment to continuous improvement. Professional interaction with suppliers and documentation tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred). Responsibilities: Support preparation, follow-up, and documentation of internal and external audits. Review and control documentation required for certifications (CTPAT/OEA, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 39001). Analyze compliance information and generate reports. Follow up on action plans arising from audits.
