




Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with 2 years of experience in personnel administration, production program compliance and KPIs, and problem solving. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in personnel administration and production management. 2. Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 8D and Kaizen. 3. Key competencies in negotiation, leadership, and proactive analysis. **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineer. **2 years of experience in:** * Personnel administration * Ensuring timely compliance with production programs. * Ensuring compliance with departmental KPIs: AY, Scrap, IR, Overtime. * Tracking closure of corrective actions from audits within their area; informing assigned staff and following up on decisions and agreements made during such meetings. * Working with problem-solving tools (8D, Kaizen, 5W+1H, 4M, 3Ms, 5S, material handling) **Competencies** * Negotiation * Teamwork * Critical thinking * Leadership * Proactivity, analytical ability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $100.00 - $200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
