




OBJECTIVE: * Attend to and satisfy the human resources needs in the areas that make up the Distributor, on time and in accordance with the principle of: “the right person for the right position”. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Define and supervise recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding strategies to ensure staff integration with the required quality and timeliness. 2\. Manage labor conflicts, negotiations, and organizational climate. 3\. Supervise timely submission of affiliation movements to IMSS and disabilities, as well as control and renewal of employee work contracts. 4\. Confirm and participate in the mixed committees required by the Federal Labor Law to comply with such regulations. REQUIREMENTS: 1\.
