Food Industry Company We are seeking a Warehouse Manager for Raw Materials and Packaging Responsibilities: * Coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling of transactions in a timely manner within the ERP system to guarantee inventory accuracy. * Monitor and meet KPIs * ABC classification of materials * Implementation of FIFO and LIFO methods * Prevent material shortages (cost of stockouts) * Generate reports on costs associated with inventory control * Manage product lifecycle, obsolescence, and expiration * Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, rejected materials, allergens, non-allergens, packaging, samples, returns, etc. * Personnel development * Develop policies and procedures Required Skills: Microsoft Office, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, experience with ERP systems for warehouse management (preferably NAVISION or similar). Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations (mandatory), ISO 9001\-2015 (mandatory), and FSSC standards (desirable). Strategic mindset and skills for inventory planning Leadership abilities to provide precise and clear instructions Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks Teamwork skills, negotiation ability, and internal customer service focus Ability to identify risks * Ensure all individuals involved with Raw Materials and Packaging Warehouse understand, internalize, live by, and practically convey each element of our Philosophy. * Ensure every Raw Materials and Packaging Warehouse team member has a well-managed (comprehensive) development process that enables them to increasingly positively impact their environment and inevitably achieve higher living standards. * Develop a passionate team that, through seamless collaboration, continually recreates and improves their area, always striving to make it an example of quality and productivity in their work. * Ensure all departments and/or individuals interacting with Raw Materials and Packaging Warehouse have the necessary information to fulfill their processes and responsibilities, and receive service according to our Philosophy. * Ensure proper control of first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures. * Guarantee accurate supervision of rotating and general inventory. * Ensure proper coordination of production returns. * Maintain proper oversight in the raw materials and packaging warehouse, hot chamber, and yards. * Participate in actions aimed at ensuring food safety of products manufactured at the plant. * Guarantee control and coordination of assigned personnel, including issuing instructions to team members. * Comply with and enforce GMPs, and escalate situations where product safety is compromised.
