A leading company in cargo transportation is looking for a Trailer Maintenance Supervisor (dry van, refrigerated, tank trailers) **Requirements:** Minimum education: High school diploma or technical degree. Preferably in mechanics. 5 years of experience in trailer maintenance (dry van, refrigerated, tank trailers) **Responsibilities:** Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on fleet equipment. Analyze downtime related to mechanical, electrical, or supply failures. Coordinate technical activities within the maintenance department. Knowledge of suspension, braking, electrical, welding, and thermoking systems. Plan maintenance personnel activities. Manage the maintenance budget. Administer and track purchase requisitions. Analyze and measure overall maintenance team effectiveness. Assign tasks to mechanical staff across all areas under supervision for each unit. Handle and follow up on roadside reports. Supervise personnel. Manage performance indicators.
