Small company, we are looking for a production manager for pallet manufacturing, full-time position from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. We offer benefits as per labor law: * Salary * Christmas bonus * IMSS * INFONAVIT * Vacation time * 25% vacation premium Required duties or skills: * Design, execute and adjust the production plan to meet market demand and business objectives. * Ensure that products meet required quality standards and customer specifications. * Supervise and optimize the use of raw materials, equipment and other supplies to minimize waste and costs. * Lead, train and motivate the production team to ensure proper performance and a positive work environment. * Identify and resolve issues within the production process to prevent delays and ensure operational continuity. * Monitor wood inventory levels * Place weekly requisitions for production supplies as needed * Coordinate delivery of finished goods * Generate and follow up on daily reports.
