Strategic management of district resources and operations. **EDUCATION: Completed Bachelor's Degree or Engineering degree** **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years of experience as a District Manager; knowledge of telecommunications networks; leadership experience managing supervisor teams; teamwork skills; results-oriented mindset; decision-making ability; strategic thinking; customer service orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Achieve the KPIs established by management for this position. · Ensure customer and end-user satisfaction. · Schedule and conduct work sessions with support departments to foster synergy and teamwork. · Maintain a high-performing team by training, providing feedback, and evaluating direct reports. · Ensure adequate supply and proper use of resources required for district operations (personnel, assets, tools). · Analyze district statistics (incoming orders, sizing, indicators) and take appropriate action. · Ensure proper use of operational resources such as fuel and travel allowances. Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
