**POSITION OBJECTIVE:** * Identify, control, and develop the proper functioning of the business unit with a strategic vision, managing human, financial, and legal resources effectively to maintain profitability and efficient goal planning. **MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure operational processes from raw material procurement, manufacturing, quality standards, finished products, to logistics and customer delivery, optimizing time and achieving satisfactory results. * Negotiate, maintain, and prospect product catalogs with potential customers, turning the unit into a profitable business while ensuring optimal service. * Plan and control necessary operational resources, ensuring safe working conditions and environmental compliance. * Manage and plan budget control for materials, supplies, labor, and general expenses, safeguarding the company's financial resources. * Ensure full staffing, stable work environment, accurate payroll, develop training and development programs, and implement preventive strategies for occupational risks. * Plan role and responsibility distribution according to operational and customer needs. * Develop strategic action plans to achieve business objectives efficiently. * Schedule and organize preventive and corrective maintenance to detect potential failures and defects in machinery and respond accordingly. * Ensure availability of required tools, procedures, and compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and objectives. **AUTHORITIES:** * Guarantee compliance with guidelines and legal regulations. * Evaluate overall company performance against objectives. * Maintain relationships with partners, distributors, and suppliers. * Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum productivity. * Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote goal achievement. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND/OR SKILLS:** * Analysis and management. * Negotiation. * Organization. * Leadership. * Strategy. * Results orientation. * Effective communication.
