Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Manager with retail experience to plan, organize, and supervise staff activities; manage inventory and shrinkage; and ensure achievement of sales objectives. Due to rapid growth in our Del Sol and Woolworth stores, we are actively seeking your talent !! **We are looking for: Assistant Manager for Del Sol Irapuato Centro** **Requirements:** *Education:* \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related field. *Shift Availability:* \- Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a two-hour lunch break.
