ACCIONA Service is looking for talent as "Industrial Kitchens Maintenance Supervisor" to collaborate with an important client in the automotive sector. Requirements: Completed education in industrial engineering, manufacturing or related field preferably. Have 4 years of professional experience. Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities of different kitchen equipment including: Kitchen lighting, Hot water recirculation pumps, Water heaters (gas and electric), Refrigeration chambers, refrigerators and freezers, Coolers, Ice dispensers, Fryers, Convection ovens, Waste grinders, Stoves. * Responsible for company assets to preserve company assets and ensure normal operation of operations. * Project leadership, training and supervision of other team members, planning, cost and deadline assurance. * Execution of maintenance program. * Development of assistant technicians. * Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. * Organization and scheduling of activities. * Create, maintain (comply) and update preventive maintenance programs. * Solve service failures affecting project operability. * Organize, schedule, supervise and evaluate activities related to the preservation of assigned equipment (preventive maintenance schedules). * Maintain continuous coordination and communication with heads of different departments or services. * Supervise that activities performed by personnel under their charge comply with current guidelines and standards. * Preparation and monitoring of safety permits for carrying out activities Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts We offer: $17,000 gross monthly + 400 in grocery vouchers + 30 days year-end bonus + PL, WEEKLY PAYMENT, 100% ON PAYROLL Job type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site job
