Operation of machinery and peripheral equipment **JOB DESCRIPTION: PROCESS TECHNICIAN** **Position Objective:** Ensure startup, adjustment, and release of production processes, guaranteeing compliance with established parameters, product quality, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble and disassemble molds on injection machines. * Perform machine startup and release of production processes. * Adjust process parameters to ensure product quality. * Monitor operation of machinery and peripheral equipment. * Detect and correct deviations in the production process. * Optimize cycle times and machine performance. * Perform color changes, insert changes, and material changes as scheduled. * Support operator training on machinery operation. * Record parameters and activities in established systems. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (5S). **Position Profile:** * Education: Technical degree in maintenance, industrial processes, or related engineering. * **Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in plastic injection processes.** * Knowledge: * **Plastic injection processes** * **Adjustment of parameters and cycle times** * **Operation of machinery and peripheral equipment** * **Basic interpretation of quality defects** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
