**SITE RESIDENT** Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering (Certified/Degree) Gender: Indistinct Age: 27 years and older Flexible schedule availability Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position Responsibilities: * Implement and control the construction execution schedule * Material quantification * Participation in coordination meetings * Preparation of technical photographic reports * Maintenance of logs and relevant documents * Cost estimates and billings * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PC and Office software. * Supervision of construction personnel. * Review of contracts and quotations. * Monitoring of subcontracts. * Receiving construction materials * Execute construction according to plans, perform approved field adaptations as necessary Knowledge * AutoCAD * STAAD proficiency * RCDF, IMCA and AISC standards * Ability to drive pickup trucks We Offer * Statutory benefits * Travel allowances * Direct company hiring * Training * Flexible working hours * Travel availability: Yes The project is located in Guadalajara; you must have a vehicle to travel for supervision.
