We are looking for a Lathe Supervisor for CEQ MANUFACTURAS, with 5 to 7 years of experience operating milling machines, conventional lathes, CNC, surface and cylindrical grinders, as well as experience in reading blueprints, corrective and preventive maintenance, and AutoCAD operation. It is essential that the candidate has demonstrable leadership and personnel supervision skills. Responsibilities: * Ensuring compliance with established quality standards and tolerances * Following workshop safety regulations * Guaranteeing that agreed-upon quality and delivery timelines are met A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a Technician in Machinery and Tools is required. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8\-5 PM, with availability to work overtime.
