Continuous training and development in Automation A reputable company specializing in the sale of **Industrial Automation machinery** is seeking your talent for the position of: * **Technical Sales Engineer** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical customer consultation.** Identify customer needs and recommend solutions in mechatronics and electronics products (sensors, PLCs, automation, electronic components, and robotics components). * **Customer prospecting and development.** Identify new industrial customers, follow up on prospects, and maintain long-term business relationships. * **Preparation of quotations and proposals.** Develop technical and commercial quotations, considering specifications, pricing, delivery timelines, and sales terms. * **Sales closing and negotiation.** Negotiate pricing, volumes, and payment terms, ensuring achievement of sales targets. * **Post-sales follow-up.** Provide after-sales support, coordinate deliveries, resolve technical or commercial issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. * **Achievement of goals and reporting** **Requirements:** * **Degree in Robotics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (mandatory)** * Passion for sales and customer service * Goal-oriented work approach * Portfolio development and acquisition of new customers * **Valid driver's license for motor vehicles** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales** We offer: * Base salary: $25,000.00 MXN per month * Commissions based on target achievement * Company utility vehicle * Laptop and mobile phone * Fixed working hours, Monday to Friday * Job stability * Continuous training and development in Automation topics **Join our team.**
