We have international presence in over 35 countries and are one of the main suppliers of auto parts to manufacturers such as: Toyota, Audi, Honda, Ford, Nissan, Chrysler\-Fiat, GM, etc. Currently, we are seeking **a production planning intern** for the **Production Control area.** Work Location: **Castro del Río Plant, Irapuato.** Requirements: * Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechatronics or related field. * Mandatory active faculty insurance. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Availability from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. * Good communication skills. * Technical knowledge in analysis and problem-solving. Position Responsibilities * Production planning: Review and issue daily production plan, print and distribute Kanban cards, monitor daily plan progress, interact with production team members. * Packaging planning: Review packaging needs based on production plan, purchase and track packaging from suppliers, manage packaging procurement budget, inventory control. Projects you will work on: * Optimization of packaging expenses. * Optimization of packaging planning time through inventory control automation. * Development of indicators for packaging inventory.
