Drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts. **Position Objective** Provide legal certainty for the company’s commercial operations, ensuring that all contracts, agreements, and commercial acts comply with current regulations, thereby protecting the organization’s proprietary interests and intellectual property. **MUST-HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license). * 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law. * Litigation experience, directly handling commercial lawsuits before courts. * Full oversight of commercial judicial proceedings: complaints, hearings, settlements, asset seizures, and enforcement of judgments. * Negotiation and drafting of highly complex commercial contracts. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (sales, distribution, consignment, services, and leases). * Supervise trademark registrations, commercial notices, and patents with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). * Manage recovery of overdue receivables (judicial and extrajudicial collections). * Ensure regulatory compliance in supplier contracts, in coordination with the Quality Department. * Prepare minutes of shareholder meetings and board sessions, and maintain up-to-date corporate books. * Administer and safeguard negotiable instruments (promissory notes, checks, bills of exchange). **KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:** * Commercial Code and General Law of Commercial Companies. * Industrial property (IMPI). * Familiarity with COFEPRIS and PROFECO regulations is desirable. **WE OFFER:** * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Statutory benefits * Savings fund Salary: Up to $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
