Participation in continuous process improvement **Irapuato, Guanajuato** **On-site mode \| Full-time** **About the Position** A logistics and international trade company is seeking an Operations and Logistics Supervisor with experience in freight forwarding and coordination of domestic and international shipments. We seek a candidate with a strong sense of urgency, customer orientation, and ability to work under pressure, ensuring operational and administrative tracking of shipments, imports, and exports. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and track domestic and international shipments operationally. * Monitor shipments throughout their entire lifecycle and resolve incidents promptly. * Coordinate processes related to imports, exports, and customs clearance. * Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, and national and international logistics agents. * Prepare operational reports and KPIs for the department. * Assign and dispatch shipments according to operational priorities. * Track logistics documentation and shipment traceability. * Coordinate special transportation and logistics services. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Prior experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or transportation companies. * Knowledge of: * Imports and exports * Customs clearance * Domestic and international shipments * Logistics and transportation coordination * **Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.** * Ability to maintain professional English communication with international customers and suppliers. * Excellent organizational and tracking skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously. * Flexible working hours. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Full-time **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $20,000 to $27,000 MXN, commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Meal vouchers. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. **Location** **Irapuato, Guanajuato.** If you have experience in international logistics and transportation operations, and seek professional development within a dynamic and growing company, we would like to meet you.
