A 100% Mexican footwear marketing company with over 25 years of industry experience, currently undergoing continuous expansion; therefore, we are hiring. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Staff management experience * Performance indicator management experience * Customer interaction and service skills * Education: Bachelor’s degree (incomplete, candidate, or completed) * Experience as Department Head, Coordinator, or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry * Availability to work standard business hours, from store opening to closing * Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off * Flexible scheduling availability * Commissions based on weekly and monthly goals **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Weekly payments * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Employee discount on footwear and apparel * Bonus scheme for goal achievement Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Application question(s): * What is your desired monthly take-home salary?
