Continuous training 3. Positive work environment At ENAT INTERNATIONAL, we are looking for an experienced **Boiler Operator / Stoker** to operate, supervise, and maintain industrial boiler systems. This position is critical to ensuring the proper functioning of our thermal processes and steam generation, in compliance with safety and energy efficiency standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate boilers safely and efficiently according to established procedures. * Perform ignition, monitoring, and shutdown of combustion equipment (stokers, burners, valves, etc.). * Verify pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel levels. * Record operational data in logbooks or electronic systems. * Perform basic preventive maintenance and report failures or anomalies. * Monitor fuel consumption and make adjustments to optimize performance. * Comply with industrial safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Coordinate with the maintenance department for major repairs. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or technical degree in maintenance, mechanics, electricity, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating industrial boilers (gas, diesel, or biomass). * Knowledge of steam system operation, pumps, valves, and basic instrumentation. * Certification or license as a boiler operator is desirable (per local legislation). * Availability to work shifts and weekends if required. * Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Continuous training * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
