We are seeking a **Headhunting and Mass Recruitment Manager** to lead our team and ensure the onboarding of highly qualified candidates aligned with our clients’ strategic needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and implement talent attraction strategies for executive, specialist, and operational profiles. * Align recruitment strategies with organizational growth objectives. * Supervise and coordinate the consulting team (junior, senior, and team leaders). * Manage headhunting processes and ensure client satisfaction in vacancy coverage. * Coordinate mass recruitment: job fairs, on-site group processes, digital campaigns. * Monitor key performance indicators (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, early turnover). * Prepare compliance reports and track billing and collections for the department. * Design commercial strategies and market mapping for strategic clients. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related administrative fields. (Degree REQUIRED) * **Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment management and 3 years in headhunting.** * Advanced knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments. * Proficiency in dashboards, KPIs, CRMs, and ATS. * Advanced English (REQUIRED) * Competencies: leadership, negotiation, decision-making, planning, results orientation, and process control.
