Primary Responsibility: Deliver the highest level of service to assigned clients within the Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segments for their day-to-day financial needs, as well as personalized advisory services aimed at fulfilling their short-, medium-, and long-term financial requirements. Timely client portfolio retention and expansion of assigned clients’ product portfolios through support from business units. Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed), or completed high school diploma. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and/or client support. Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector. Minimum 2 years of experience with Premier products and services. AMIB Figure Certification. Knowledge of markets and external regulations. Knowledge of Financial Mathematics. Knowledge of branch operational systems and procedures. Intermediate English language proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Business identification and development. Portfolio management. Passion for sales. Client needs identification. Working hours: Monday to Saturday. Skills.
