




**JOB OBJECTIVE.** Edit and optimize professional audiovisual content for social media and institutional branding, using high-end equipment, ensuring agile delivery, visual quality, and alignment with brand identity. Provide operational support for social media. **Education** **Related degrees (completed or incomplete):** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design** * **Multimedia Design** * **Communication** * **Audiovisual Production** * **Digital Marketing** **Responsibilities** **Video (60%)** * Video editing for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and promotional pieces * Selection and assembly of recorded material * Basic color correction and audio enhancement * Adaptation of a single video to different formats and durations * Organization and backup of audiovisual material **Photography (20%)** * • Support during photo shoots (product, lifestyle, events). * Selection and basic photo editing. • * Retouching in Lightroom / Photoshop (color, cropping, basic cleanup). * Image bank organization. **Social Media (20%) Support** * Content scheduling via Meta Business Suite. * Adjustment and adaptation of pre-defined copy. * Support in content calendar planning. * Basic message and comment routing (not customer service) **Essential Requirements** * Proven video editing experience (portfolio required). * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. * Basic–intermediate knowledge of digital photography. * Proficiency in Lightroom and/or Photoshop for basic retouching. * Knowledge of social media formats and trends. * Orderliness in workflow and file management. Desirable * Basic After Effects (text, lower thirds, simple transitions). * Basic color grading knowledge. * Prior experience working with brands or agencies **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Experience working with professional audiovisual equipment for digital content creation. * Practical knowledge of video recording and editing using mirrorless cameras. * Basic or intermediate experience using drones for video (wide shots, simple movements, equipment care). * Audio handling with professional microphones. * Judgment in selecting, preserving, and maximizing audiovisual material. **Ideal Profile** * 1–2 years of real-world experience (not solely academic). * Fast execution with strong visual judgment. * Open to feedback and working within established guidelines. * Results- and deadline-oriented.
