




Position Summary: Develop and implement work methods to optimize operations and manage product technical information, ensuring integrity and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in new product development and continuous improvement Develop and implement work methods based on electrical testing processes by applying engineering tools and techniques. Enhance operational efficiency while maximizing resources in compliance with the Quality Management System, specific internal customer requirements, and all applicable regulations. Manage and control product technical information (drawings, specifications, bills of materials, versions, and engineering changes) through data management systems such as PLM/PDM. The objective is to ensure product information integrity, traceability, and availability throughout all lifecycle stages, facilitating interdepartmental collaboration and guaranteeing adherence to quality and engineering standards. **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in similar positions. * English proficiency: 60% * Kaizen and 5S * Root cause analysis * Proficiency in using measurement instruments. * Thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer * Creation and maintenance of product structures (BOM – Bill of Materials). * Value Stream Mapping * Basic knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, and quality processes. * ISO:9000 / ISO:14000\. * AVL management. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, or electronic drawings. * Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). * Process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, AutoCAD P\&ID, MATLAB, etc.) * Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). **Responsibilities:** a) Provide support to supervisors, quality engineers, maintenance technicians, and process technicians for: \- *Resolving production issues related to materials, processes, and equipment operation. \- Generating ideas to improve productive process efficiency.* b) Adapt and develop manufacturing and material preparation procedures to comply with quality standards. *Participate in new product development, adoption of new raw materials, new facilities or equipment, and support implementation of such developments* a) Participate in training personnel involved in processes and production. b) Study, analyze, and implement necessary changes to equipment, raw materials, and human resources, with a focus on continuous improvement. c) Apply methodologies that help reduce waste within the organization. d) Develop, manage, and maintain Poka-Yokes and error-proofing solutions jointly with the maintenance department. e) Conduct and implement Flow Diagrams (FD) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
