Requirements: * Advanced English proficiency * Medical degree and professional license—MANDATORY * Experience in a hospital setting as staff, intern, or completing social service * Availability to work in the office from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM (5 working days, 2 days off) (Our office is located at Av. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 2220, Cd del Sol, 45050 Zapopan, Jal.) Responsibilities: Provide medical care services related to admissions, case management, discharge planning, and insurance expense review. Document denial information in the electronic medical records system, including resolution/overturn attempts. Consult with medical and treatment staff regarding client diagnosis, justification, treatment duration, and case documentation.
