Requirements Education: Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, counter sales, or similar position. Gender: No preference. Availability to work under performance targets and operational pressure. Basic proficiency in administrative tools and data entry systems. Key Responsibilities In-person, telephone, and digital channel customer service and follow-up. Order entry, quotation, and invoicing in the system. Achievement of assigned sales and accounts receivable targets. Order tracking, delivery coordination, and internal department liaison. Generation of operational and commercial reports. Implementation of current sales policies, discounts, and promotions. Maintenance and updating of commercial information and price lists. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
